You will be in direct contact with our clients' teams and will be responsible for advising them on their communication/acquisition projects that have a major impact on their digital transformation.
As a true conductor, you will have to show empathy and listening skills towards all the stakeholders of the project (clients and colleagues of the agency), but also rigour, creativity and communication skills.
You will be responsible for project and campaign management, client relations and budget management and your tasks will be structured as follows
Communication
Definition of communication and editorial calendars.
Management of specific action plans on all communication levers (website, emailing, acquisition campaigns, social networks, etc.) for our clients.
Definition of the content production strategy, planning, budget, and implementation (updating and creation of pages, sections, articles, videos, photos, 3D visuals, social networks, etc.).
Acquisition strategy
Design, development, deployment and management of the acquisition strategy of our clients on different paid channels: Search (Google), Social (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, Tiktok etc.)
Continuous monitoring and optimisation of the various acquisition levers (SEA / SEM / SEO), while controlling the cost of customer acquisition.
Implementation and structuring of tracking and attribution strategies: execution, testing and constant optimisation of campaign and site monitoring.
Accurate analysis of the performance of the various levers, production and sharing of KPIs analysis on the whole acquisition and conversion performance.
